Shipping Policy

All our orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of an order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays, when it will be shipped the next business day).  You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your order via the tracking number provided on this email.  We ships via Australia Post for all deliveries. 

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation please check your junk mail folder. 

Please ensure that your delivery information is correct. Incorrect information can cause delays.

A signature is not required upon delivery. If no-one is there to receive the package it will be left in a safe place. If the courier determines that no safe place is available they will leave a calling card so you can pick up from your nearest Australia Post office.

 
Flat rate shipping Australia Wide for all items excluding Gift boxes & hampers

$10.90- Standard Shipping 

$18.50 - Express Shipping

Shipping for large items such as gift boxes and hampers will be calculated at the checkout.

Please Note: Rainbow Baby Co is not responsible for; stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Rainbow Baby Co is not responsible for any package once they are handed over to our shipping partners but we will happily work with you try to determine what went wrong.
